Good value for money for this relatively well located hotel not far from Penn Station. Very quiet and personal at the reception really very friendly!
The bathroom's a little small.
-
-Very welcoming and attentive staff. -Very comfortable bed. -Cleanliness . -Location 10-15min from Times Square. - Room facing the street and no disturbing noise.
There were four of us with a baby. The width of the beds was a bit small. Not much space in the room and no refrigerator.
-
Ideal location close to the subway, times square, empire state building. The bedding is comfortable, the rooms are clean, the staff friendly and warm. The neighborhood is quiet. 100% recommended!
The room a little too dark, view of buildings. But all the positive points help us to close our eyes to these details.
-
Very friendly reception staff, great location and pleasant room
Room cleaning in the afternoon and only one day every other day

The location in Manhattan close to the Metro line 7 (5 minutes walk) and Time Square at 15 minutes walk. Cleanliness, friendliness and availability of staff. Small hotel with few rooms, it's a change from "factories".
Room a bit narrow at 4 (2 queen size bed), maybe a bit noisy (street noises are frequent and at all hours in Manhattan and insulation between the rooms is not optimal). It didn't bother us, it can be annoying for noise-sensitive people, especially if the room neighbors are noisy.

A bit noisy neighborhood
Very Spartan breakfast... just coffee and hop... not a bad place at all. Good rooms. Very nice staff.

It's about a 15 minute walk from Time Square.
Where do I begin...? We arrived early to the hotel not thinking it would be a problem to check-in early. Wrong! There were about 20 people waiting and luggage everywhere! We could barely open the lobby door. So they mad us wait until 3pm on the dot to strat the check-in process. We go up stairs to the 10th floor to our surprise the room was right next to the elevator. I had booked a king and she had given us a double. When I called down she said we don't have any available at this time. I'm sorry, but isn't that the point of a reservation! Anyways, the room was ridiculously small, the remote to the tv was broken, there were like marks all over the walls, the hangers were broken, I lost an earring in the shower because there was no filter on the drain, I went to use the microwave and it made this really loud sound at lik 4am I thought I woke everyone up on my floor, the cleaning staff came in and possibly changed the sheets but nothing else. They didn't even change the drinking glasses that were used and reused the whole trip. Also, we were on our way out one day and the cleaning lady squeezed on the elevator with a cart that reaked of garbage. Shouldn't they be using a service elevator?! Overall the hotel was tiny!! The staff weren't that bad, just not on top of things. The location wasn't terrible but for $150+ a night you can do way better!!

Rooms are very confortable and good position.

The room was very comfortable and clean, I could not really fault it! Great option for the price, location, and general standard of accommodation.
The room was a little small- but only really because the bed was so huge.
-
The staff was very friendly.
We booked and paid for a king room but had to stay in a double. The beds were small so we had to sleep seperately with our feet hanging off the bed.
-
Good position, two blocks from the subway. Staff was very kind. Very comfortable bed.
Think who did the cleaning could have been a bit more precise.

1. Way too expensive even for ny standard, given the location and room sizes (I paid $250 per night and still almost could not fit on a chair placed tightly between the bed and the table). 2. Booked.net description said the room would have refrigerator and microwawe, but it did not. When I complained, the manager insisted he has no responsibility for what "other websites" say about the rooms and that I should have booked directly through them instead (but promised they would correct the Booked.net entry). After some arguing, he offered free breakfast, but no discount. When leaving, he offered 15 % discount for next stay, but I am pretty sure next time I will rather choose another hotel. 3. Internet connection was sometimes very slow and sometimes did not work at all.
